last year I told Claude if he had a used Lotus Bay tub come in to let me know as I was interested in upgrading my used Chairman 2 Hot tub. Two weeks ago I get a call from Claude who informs me he had a note in his files I might be interested in a reconditioned Lotus Bay hot tub. Now that is customer service. The rest is history. The removal and installation of my new used hot tub went flawlessly. While I rarely need a service call when I do they are prompt and do a great job. My hot tub was over 10 years old and still worked like the day I bought it. Dimension one brand is a quality product.

Best service ever! I have a older Marquis hot tub which needed a couple of small parts replaced and not only did Wild Rose have them in stock but they were sent out to me in Saskatchewan the same day! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who took the time to make sure I had what I needed.

I had a problem with my dimension 1 lotus bay hot tub, I called them and had them book me for the next available time. With in a few days they called and said that they were going to come out. They did the fix for a very reasonable price. They were polite and friendly.
